Companies that do not have Open Innovation programs or previous experience
Experienced Companies
Companies that already have open innovation programs and want an additional mechanism for scouting startups
About the program
The program has 6 consecutive steps to solve the priority challenges of the company

Build the challenge portfolio of their organization.
2. Prioritization and refinement of challenges
Define, dimension and refine prioritized challenges
3. Program Co-Design
Define Open Innovation mechanism and
Program terms & conditions
4. Open Call & Startup Scouting
Program promotion and scouting strategies
5. Assessing & Fit with Startups and Scaleups
6. PoVs & Pilots
Prepare enterprise team to collaborate with startups and execute a pilot
What do companies need to participate?
Team
at least one person from the company team who will be responsible for the program execution (it could be a team).
Budget for pilots
commit a budget for pilots (around 30k USD per pilot) with B2B Tech Startups selected in the process.
Support for selected startups
provide support in the definition and execution of PoVs or pilots.

What is the price of Pathfinder?
It’s included in the Enterprise membership.
Can Enterprise members join the program at any time?
They can only join if there is an open call. We expect to hold at least one call for applications per year.
How much time should the team dedicate to the program?
From step “1. Open Innovation Challenge Portfolio” to step “5. Assessing & Fit with startups/scaleups” the participant teams need to spend around 12 hours per week in average.
After that, depends on each pilot.
